Class Descriptions:
Ignite Interval Training (45-60 minutes): Get your heart rate going, challenge your balance, and work on coordination/strength while reducing bradykinesia

Ignite PWR Moves! (30 minute virtual):Focus on reducing rigidity and improving speed, coordination, and Posture while challenging balance control.
Progressive Strength Training: Special 12 weeks program starting April 6 2026. Focus on building individualized strength program that progresses in intensity over the 12 weeks. Working towards increasing muscle mass, strength, power and reducing risk of osteoporosis and sarcopenia
